Learn and Master

  • Increase your awareness of your own mental health and well-being. This means understanding who your are, your story, your own strengths and weaknesses, as well as the signs and symptoms of poor mental health.
  • Identify your triggers and warning signs: What are the things that tend to make you feel stressed, anxious, or depressed? Once you know your triggers, you can start to develop strategies for coping with them.
  • Develop healthy coping mechanisms for stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges: There are many different ways to cope with stress, anxiety. difficult emotions and other mental health challenges. Explore, learn and utilise coping mechanisms used in professional therapeutic practice that best fit with you.
  • Build resilience and a positive mindset: Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges and trying to maintain a positive outlook on life.
